The main aim of the next study was to find out if Aloe Vera Cream works better than Gel of this plant. This particular study was placebo-controlled, double-blind and involved a total of 120 participants who were all men with genital herpes. Results showed that Aloe Vera Cream was more effective for treating genital herpes than compared to Aloe Vera Gel and Placebo.
